Divorce mediation always addresses the main categories that must be resolved in an Oregon divorce -- child custody, parenting time, child support, asset division, debt division, spousal support or lack thereof, and a few other minor details. However, there are many more topics that Matthew chooses to invite clients to address -- optionally -- in their Marital Settlement Agreements.
